Our online ordering process is very simple, just browse or search for the products you would like, put them in your shopping cart or basket as you go along. When you are ready to pay, click 'Go to Checkout' to complete your order and follow the instructions on screen. Note that we love gift-wrapping, but if you don't want us to gift-wrap your purchase, just select 'no thanks' from the drop down menu at the checkout. You can also send your order to an address other than the billing address if it is a gift or you wish to send it to your workplace.
Delivery Charges
First Class delivery is £4.25 per order, but if you need your order extra quickly, then we also offer guaranteed next day delivery for £7.95

Security
We use a secure shopping cart system protected by a 128bit SSL Secure Server which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted. Giraffe and Me use secure servers provided by Ekmpowershop, so we do not keep details of customer cards in the store. The servers are protected by several hardware firewalls and advanced routers to avoid any security issues and to ensure maximum performance. All the servers have passed several PCI data security checks and are regularly scanned by anti-hacker services.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously, we promise that any information you give to us will never be passed on to any third parties. Any data we collect from you will be only used to fulfill your orders and keep you up to date with any news from Giraffe and Me.

Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable.
Please return item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days and we will replace the goods with a suitable option or provide you with a credit note. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our premises. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call us for assistance on 01225 867085.
Privacy Policy
When you buy goods from giraffe & me, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and, credit/debit card details. We keep a record of some information so that we can recognise you as a registered customer and fulfill your orders as efficiently as possible. We do not keep a record of your credit/debit card details.
We keep a record of your purchases with us so that we can deal a lot quicker with any queries you may experience with your order. We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track any problems or concerns you've had with our products or services. We do not pass your personal details on to any third party.
