Giraffe & Me grew from a little seed & blossomed in to a very pretty flower indeed!
Giraffe & me started little just as Charlotte's mummy had always said. 'If you eat those greens you will grow up big and tall like a giraffe!' And so she did...as did giraffe & me.
The idea for giraffe & me came about after i had worked as a nursery nurse and nanny for a good few years! I loved working with children, spending our days in fantasy lands of great big castles and knights and princesses. To bear hunting in the woods or simply drawing pictures and stories for hours on end...and so wanted still to spend time with them, to capture their imagination, fun and energy in the products I sell.
I wanted the challenge of setting up something from scratch and making it work, the ability to choose the hours I worked and to learn about the elements of business I had never ventured into before!
Giraffe & me's aim is to provide mums and dads (not forgetting grannies and granddads!) with alternatives to high end designer clothes, shoes and toys.
We believe clothes should be fun as well as wearable. Armed with inspiration from my own childhood i went out to find clothes that only kids can wear!
Perfect for making mud pies (or eating them!) Splashing in puddles, rolling down hills, bike riding for hours on end – all the important things kids love in life.

Childcare where kids can be kids! Westview and The Club provide quality nursery and after school care for children from three months to 5 years of age. Children between 4 and 11 years of age can attend The Club before school, after school and during holidays.
